I have owned Lena for 3 years and have sorted and penned off of her. She is a NCHA money earner. I placed 4th in the Graduated Rookie Class at the RSNC Finals in Ponca City last year on this mare out of 224 teams. This mare is quiet in the herd, athletic, has plenty of speed. Very smooth riding, big stop. I can do a run on her, walk her out of the arena and my 14 year old daughter can get on her and she walks off with her head down. She is a money earner in the GCTPA , we won 1st at the finals last year in the #7 class. She bathes, clips, loads, unloads, stands for the farrier. Her blood lines speak for themselves being a granddaughter of Doc O' Lena and her sire is Sachueista whose LTE are over 29K in NCHA money. He has earned 11.5 points in AQHA cutting. Also with Lena, you don't have those "mare" issues to deal with, I never know when she comes in heat. We've hauled her in the trailer with geldings and have had no problems. She doesn't have the mare attitude that I have seen in some mares. This mare will make you a competitive rider in whatever event you choose. Whether you want to sort, team pen or maybe go to a local cutting, she can do it all. Am cutting down on horses is the only reason I'm selling her. Will consider all reasonable offers.
